Together with the Resident Assistant and Resident Advisor teams, Mihai Firulescu organized events, managed activities, and became, without realizing it, a true catalyst for community.

At West Gate Studios, in a multicultural community of 1,800 students, Mihai didn’t rush to stand in the spotlight. He began by being present, by listening, by asking what the needs were—and especially, by acting.
